One on One Coaching

HERE’S HOW!

#1: Book your FREE 20 minute introductory call. This is where I learn a bit about you and you about me and we can decide if we are a good fit for one another! It’s just as important that you feel confident in me as it is for me to know that I have the right skill set to help and empower you.

#2: Schedule your Initial Session and complete the Health Questionnaire and Client Contract (Download from the link on the home page and email them back to me at mollie@chooseamplehealth.com). This is a 90 Minute Session where we get down to business 🙂 I get to learn more about you, your unique health challenges and what you want for your health. I will have reviewed your health history prior to this consult and you will leave our time together with actionable steps to begin your quest for better health. After our visit you will receive an email outlining the pertinent points discussed and action steps to take.

#3: After our Initial Session together we will have 2 sessions of one on one coaching per month for 6 months. This is a total of 12 sessions to address your specific goals and health challenges. These are 60 minutes in length and I hope to find a consistent day and time over the 6 months that works in your schedule and mine. While 6 months may seem like a lengthy investment it can take time to reverse and make significant changes that impact health and to reset the systems of the body to not only get health but stay healthy. I value that we are all so uniquely wired and some of use move quickly with change and others can handle on thing at a time.I will meet you where you are and we will work together to create your best life.

#4:  We can either meet over Zoom Video Conferencing or the phone for our meetings the choice is yours. We can also use both platforms over the course of our time together. If you live in the Fort Collins or Loveland area I also love to meet in person if this appeals to you as well.

#5: The grocery store can be an overwhelming place to go when implementing dietary changes. I offer a grocery store tour for those of you living in the Fort Collins, Loveland or Windsor Colorado area. Do you know where to find Ghee? What fruits and veggies are best bought organic and what ones can you save your money on and buy non organic? If I can’t eat gluten what the heck do I buy? Where is the tiger nut flour? I can’t use Canola oil anymore well then what the heck do I buy?
